What did you think about "The Simpsons Movie"?

I thought it was a bit overhyped, and a bit corny, but otherwise, I liked it.

Honestly, there was way too much hype over The Simpsons Movie. I literally stopped watching it after the first half, though I came back towards the ending to see how crap it was.

Sure the Spiderpig was hilarious, but the rest was plain corny. Sorry to bash, but you asked what's my opinion, and you're getting it. Thereby, the movie: FAILED.

Kinda bull? I would say that "kinda" is an understatement.

It seems that The Simpsons is becoming more overhyped.

I love the older episodes, but the rest is just stupid.

I know. They're trying to jazz it up by adding random plots and arbitrary celebrities when really that's what's causing the cartoon's donwfall.

I used to wait for newer eps, but now I just do homework. :/

I loved it.

No, I didn't watch the first season exactly, but I do remember seeing the second onwards...I think.

No, the X-Mas ones.

Heck, all I remember of the Christmas ones was when Bart shoplifted. That's it.

I watched the new episode, it was mediocre.

Hm, I honestly don't bother any more. Though, I did watch one of the old ones yesterday - one of my favourites in fact. It was the one with the Party Possy, ya know, when Bart joins a boy band? lol, Yvan eth Nioj xD

I know! One good reference of subliminal messages in a movie (though it is SOOOO corny but w/e) is The Pussycats.

Man, I saw the ads for the new Simpsons episodes and they're such fish carp!

I've been watching some recently, like the one where whomacallit meets Homer again, and such.

IMO, since I love the Simpsons, it brought back nostalgia, but it wasn't too good as it's predecessor.

Hm, I dunno. Some eps are good, others are bad, so it levels out.

And I LOVE that episode, xD, but for some weird reason, the eps where Apu get's married and Homer works in India are my faves. Oh, and I saw the new episode with Milhouses parents lost out at sea. Man, that was like... total lolness when he put on that 'lone wolf' act. xD
